This program shows first line managers how to plan, organize and direct resources to achieve objectives.  The program illustrates how the manager can use control to ensure success.

Proactive Leadership:

The proactive supervisor is a leader who constantly seeks ways to improve performance and makes timely changes to stay competitive.  This program provides the supervisor with skills in problem solving, improving productivity, communicating ideas and implementing changes in order to become a successful proactive leader. 

Participative Management:

 is the idea of utilizing the knowledge, strengths, creativity and ingenuity of all employees toward creating continuous improvement in the workplace.  This program helps supervisors learn to move away from directing the activities of workers and begin to move towards being the facilitator, coach, and counselor who creates an effective team-building climate.

Sexual Harassment Awareness:

The objective of the program is to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace by developing a clear understanding of what sexual harassment is and how it impacts people.
