Leadership:

performance and makes timely changes to stay competitive. This
program provides the supervisor with skills in problem solving,
improving productivity, communicating ideas and implementing changes
in order to become a successful proactive leader.
Participative Management:
is the idea of utilizing the knowledge, strengths,
creativity and ingenuity of all employees toward creating continuous
improvement in the workplace. This program helps supervisors learn
