Employee Benefit Survey:
Conducted annually, this survey covers a wide range of benefits
including insurance, retirement plans, holiday, leaves, paid time
off, educational reimbursement and a variety of others. The survey
is free of charge to participants. Cost to non-participant members
is $125.00. Cost to non-members is $225.00.
Non-Exempt Service, Production, &
Maintenance Wage & Salary Survey:
Conducted annually in conjunction with our sister associations. This
survey covers a wide range of hourly positions. The survey is
compiled by region as well as by state. The states included are
Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. The survey is free of
charge to participants. Cost to non-participant members is $125.00
each or $295.00 for the set of three. Cost to non-members is $200.00
each or $550.00 for the set of three. Positions in the survey
include: Assembler, Electrician, Machine Operator, Polisher, Tester,
Machinist, Janitor, Guard, Helpers and many more.
Non-Exempt Office Wage & Salary
Survey:
Conducted annually in conjunction with our sister associations. This
survey covers a wide range of Non-exempt office positions. The
survey is compiled by region as well as by state. The states
included are Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. The survey
is free of charge to participants. Cost to non-participant members
is $125.00 each or $295.00 for the set of three. Cost to non-members
is $200.00 each or $550.00 for the set of three. Positions in the
survey include: Accounting Clerk, Billing Clerk, Buyer, Cost Clerk,
Data Entry, Expeditor, General Clerk, Electronic Technician,
Scheduler, Secretary and many more.
Exempt Salary Survey:
Conducted annually in conjunction with our sister associations. This
survey covers a wide range of Exempt positions. The survey is
compiled by region as well as by state. The states included are
Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. The survey is free of
charge to participants. Cost to non-participant members is $125.00
each or $295.00 for the set of three. Cost to non-members is $200.00
each or $550.00 for the set of three. Positions in the survey
include: Accountant, Engineer, Export Sales Manager, HR Director,
Industrial Engineer, Office Manager, Project Engineer and many more.
