The Association's nationally calibrated survey will provide you with a
valuable tool in assessing the current views of employees in several
key areas that define the employer-employee relationship. The survey
process in designed to alert management of existing and potential
problems in the workplace.
Performance Management:
Standard and custom designed approaches to performance management.
The Association will assist in developing an appraisal system that
works best for your organization.
